At the start, we had a very insightful conversation where she told me about my skin and I told her my issues.
I felt very reassured and I knew I was in safe hands prior to the treatment.
During the treatment, Juliet was asking me multiple times if “I was okay” and “If it was stinging” etc. This  made me feel very comfortable and she also had very soft hands all throughout which almost made me fall asleep!
