Before every treatment, we carry out a thorough consultation to understand your skin, concerns, and expectations or goals. During your consultation, we will analyse your skin type and condition, discuss your specific concerns (acne, pigmentation, ageing, sensitivity, etc.), review your medical history and current skincare regime, and recommend the most suitable treatment plan for you.

Post-Treatment & Aftercare Guidelines
- Post Procedure Products Recommened: Discontinue the use of Retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and exfoliating scrubs. Stick strictly to a gentle, hydrating cleanser and barrier-repair option.
- Prioritise Daily Sun Protection: Your skin will be highly sensitive to UV damage. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every single morning, even on cloudy days.
- Keep Skin Deeply Hydrated: Apply your recommended moisturiser as often as needed to prevent dryness. If you experience mild peeling or flaking, do not pick, scratch, or scrub the skin.
- Avoid Intense Heat: For the first 24 to 48 hours, avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, strenuous exercise, and swimming pools.
- No Immediate Facial Waxing: Do not schedule any facial waxing, threading, or dermaplaning treatments for at least two weeks post-facial.

Most of our bespoke facials have zero downtime, allowing you to return to your normal routine with an instant, healthy glow. For our intensive treatment—the Chemical Peel Treatment (£130)—there is a mild, healthy 3-to-5 day skin renewal period as your skin completely rejuvenates.
